The project consists of the conversion of the existing YMCA building located in downtown Peterborough, into condominium residences as well as adding 2 storeys to the main building. The design was focused on reusing majority of the existing structure. One existing pool is used as the amenity area for the residences, while the other parts of the building’s old structure is revived to house modern and luxury residential units.
