The new three-storey  ouse is located in the heart of downtown Toronto just one block north of King St. West on Niagara St. It has been designed in a modern style while being sensitive to the design of existing traditional houses within the neighborhood.
Located in the downtown core (Fashion District), the emphasis of the design was to enhance the quality of public realm while responding to the client's needs.
